Winemaker's notes:
Santa SarahâрЙs Rose is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Mavrud or Rubin, depending on the characteristics of each varietal in each vintage. Fermentation takes place in French oak (500 l capacity) at controlled temperature. The wine matures in the same vessels over a thin sediment for a period of at least 4 months. Limited edition of up to 4000 bottles per year. 14% alc.
