Мерлото е стил Бордо. Гроздето е брано от един от най-добрите лозаро-винарски райони на България-югоизточния . Виното се представя с интензивен рубинено червен цвят. Плодовата експлозия на аромата на добре узряло грозде е комбинирано с нотки на касис, къпина и диви ягоди.
