Нормално, свеж аромат с вкус на цвята, лайм и зелена ябълка. Добро, но не впечатляващо.

Искрящ бледо-жълт цвят със зеленикави отенъци. Нос на цитрусови плодове (жълт и зелен лимон), свежи цветя и леки минерални тонове на речни камъни. На небце се усещат лимон, ябълка, ванилия, но и земни нотки - речни камъни, свежа трева.

Финалът е много интересен, напомня на битата сладка сметана, която се използва при приготвянето на торти. Леката горчивина в остатъчния вкус напомня на грейпфрут.

Добра освежаваща киселинност, тялото е леко, дори плоско и това е основната слабост на бялото Ел Кото.
