Antinori произвежда Chianti Classico - едно от най-прочутите вина в света, от векове. Villa Antinori Red е представено през 1928 г. от Niccolò, бащата на Piero Antinori като първото Chianti, произведено специално, с цел стареене. Villa Antinori Riserva, която става флагман за Chianti Classico Riserva, се произвежда само в години с добра реколта. Етикета на виното, който не е променян от 1928 г., е леко обновен с реколта 1990.
