Winemaker's notes:
Грозде от района на гр.Шумен от младо лозе с второ плододаване при среден добив 250 кг/дка. Брано и транспортирано в касетки при контролирана температура.
Произведено по уникална технология, с настойване от няколко часа на мъстта, бистрене и ферментация при контролирана температура от около 14-16 градуса.
Нежен сортов мирис, гарниран с плодовото ухание на пасионфрут, гранадила и киви.
Вкусът е пълен и свеж, с добра структура, дължина и ароматен финал.
Виното е подходящо за някои видове салати с майонеза, паста, пица, морски дарове, риби, бели меса и сирена.
Температура на сервиране: 12 С.
