Отлежаване: отлежава във френски и български дъбови бъчви
Гроздето е от лозя с добре изразени наклони и леки, песъкливи почви. Внимателно сортиране на гроздето. Част от съдовете са ферментирали с цели (несмачкани) зърна. Гроздобер- началото на октомври. Виното е отлежало във френски дъб за около 7-8 месеца. Ограничена партида от около 30 861 бутилки.
