Variietty 95% Torrontés – 5% Sauvignon Blanc
Soiill Sandy.
Process Hand harvesting.
Bunch selection.
Destemming.
Chilling down of the grapes to 12ºC.
Maceration at 6-8 ºC during 2 hours.
Pneumatic pressing.
Cooling of the musts at 10ºC.
Cold settling and racking.
Controlled fermentation at 15ºC.
Aged sur lies during 6 months.
