Процес на производство:
Произведено от подбрани собствени сортове грозде. Първоначално се извлича 50% сок от сърцевината на плода и се премахват твърдите частици. Една трета от сместа ферментира в нови френски дъбови бъчви, а останалата част ферментира при 15 градуса температура в продължение на 3 седмици в специален стоманен неръждаем съд.

След като 5-те сорта (Шардоне, Мускат, Гевюрцтраминер, Рийслинг, Совиньон блан) бъдат смесени, при ниска температура се извършва филтрацията и стабилизирането. Последващия етап е бутилиране.
Сортове:
Шардоне 35% - Мускат 25% - Гевюрцтраминер 20% - Рийслинг – 10% Совиньон блан – 10%
Дегустация:
Външен вид: Бледо жълт със седефен оттенък.

Аромат: Приятен и комплексен аромат събрал в себе си ухание на праскова и кайсия.
Вкус: Свеж и пълен вкус. Елегантен послевкус, оставящ желание и наслада.
