Winemaker's notes:
Виното е с рубинено-червен цвят и с блясък, получено чрез винификация със задължителна мацерация на твърдата фракция с течната. Доферментира в малки дъбови бъчви от американски дъб. Има оригинален букет на червени плодове и треви, пълно тяло, меко и загладено, точно преценени танини, добре оформена структура. Живо трептящо, с дълъг послевкус с нюанс на дъб. Съзряло в бъчви и отлежало в бутилки. Върви добре с богати мезета, колбаси, сирена, печени червени меса.
