Winemaker's notes:
The ultimate in Bulgaria wine production. Harvest date on 3 October 2003. The grapes were carefully selected and were hand picked at optimal ripeness. Following a process of skin contact, the juice was drained. The wine was left to age in French and Bulgarian oak barrels for 11 months. Barrel fermentation and lees contact increases the aroma and flavour complexity. Bottled in February 2005.
