Winemaker's notes:
The colour is typical of the grape variety, with some hints of strawberry. The aroma of vanilla and fresh strawberry is intensive and attractive. This wine is harmoniously fresh in its nice body, with a long after-taste of oak aromas.

This wine has been made from picked-by-hand, well-ripened grapes from Pinot Noir variety, grown in our own vineyards in the area of Hadjidimitrovo village, which is situated within some 200 metres from the cellar. The latest technologies have been applied in its production, along with the best traditions of Bulgarian wine-making.

Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, it’s the wine for connoisseurs and explorers.
An excellent match to poultry, game and ripe cheese.
