Winemaker's notes:
Чистосортово бяло сухо вино, произведено от добре узряло, селектирано грозде. Гроздоберът при нормални условия стартира на 18-20 септември. Мацерация с твърдите части 12 часа. Ферментация в инокс 45 дни при температура 12-14° C. Батонаж. Отлежаване във френски дъбови бъчви тип „барик” 3 месеца.

Направо си е учудващо за цената. Добър избор, малко нетипично, вероятно по-силно от нужното, но приятно, лека киселинност и страннен-проятен горчив завършек. Заслужава си.
