LES CAILLOUX Viognier & Chardonnay 2008 е новото вино на избата Катаржина Естейт – от собствено Вионие, в комбинацията на ферментирало в 400 литрови бъчви от френски дъб Шардоне. Виното е със сламеножълт цвят, с леки златисти нюанси. Комплексен аромат на мед, цитруси, грейпфрут, много свежи тонове на кайсия и праскова. Средно тяло, много свежо на вкус, с концентриран плод, преобладава кайсия и праскова, като се долавят и землисти тонове. Топъл финал и дълъг послевкус. Много приятно и лесно за пиене вино.
