Колекцията вина на Иво Върбанов беше представена за първи път на тазгодишната Винария. Всяка бутилка е посветена на музиката и носи името на класическо произведение. Наименованията се сменят всяка година, според реколтата.Винарската "кариера" на пианиста в България започва през 2003 г., когато избира терен край с. Изворово, в Южен Сакар, на 14 км от Любимец, за своите лозя.
