Winemaker's notes:
Лозята са разположени върху места с проветриви почви, от които се създават елегантни и фини вина, съчетани с богати вкусови усещания. Пикантни аромати на грейпфрут, цитрус и ванилия се сливат със свежа и много лека нотка на прясно окосена трева, характерна за Совиньон Блан. Плътният вкус прелива в много дълъг финал с характерната за вината от Поморие минерална свежест. Отлежаването на Шардонето във френски дъбови бъчви за няколко месеца добавя към живата свежест на виното ванилия и кокосови нотки, които му придават изключителна дълбочина и комплексност.
