Winemaker's notes:
AROMA
The nose is intense and fresh, mostly fruity – one can find nuances of transformed strawberries and ripe cherries. In the mouth one can detect flavours of nuts, dried apricots, and toasted bread crust
TASTE
The taste is elegant, with a lasting impact and soft freshness. The finish is elegant and fresh, leaving a lingering sensation of apricot and toast flavours. The bubbles are very persistent; the tiny pearls are fine and form beautiful spirals in the sparkling wine.
