Winemaker's notes:
The preparation of this wine starts with the selection of the most suitable vine. We have chosen one of the best massifs in Lyubimec region. The grapes are gathered in cases and transported to the cellar by refrigeration trucks. Two-steps sorting is done, separating all grapes with poor quality. During the vinification the most modern methods are used under strict enological supervision and control. After the fermentation is done, the wine is grown nine months in French oak. The wine has vivid and deep colour with ruby accent. The aroma has several layers with domination of vanilla, coffee, plum and raped forest fruits. The body is mighty but elegant with piquant after taste of sweet spices and cacao at the end.

The best wine i have Drunk in Bulgaria. Very dark and material.
