Производство:

Ферментацията се извършва при контролирана температура от 27Сº в продължение на 12 дни. След протичане на малолактичната ферментация, виното се стабилизира в неръждаеми съдове. Отлежава в дъбови бъчви за период от 9 месеца. Престоява бутилирано поне 6 месеца.

Органолептични характеристики:

Червен черешов цвят. Богат аромат на зрели плодове, подходящо съчетан с ванилия и канела. Вкус на горски плодове, примесен с какао, кафе и дъбови танини, придавайки приятен и индивидуален вкус.
