Процесите на производство протичат отделно за двата сорта. Интензивно накисване нагроздовия сок и люспите. Контролирана ферментацията при температура от 17Сº, позволяваща производствот на вино с ароматен плодов характер.

Органолептични характеристики:

Розов черешов цвят с искрящи, живи нюанси. Аромат на малина и ягода. Приятен и балансиран вкус. Хармония от цвят, аромат и вкус.
