Winemaker's notes:
Balkan Crest Cabernet Sauvignon Special Reserve 2003 is produced from the grape variety "Cabernet Sauvignon" grown in a specially selected microregion of the vineyards in the region of Sliven. The wine development and the quality formation of its aroma and flavour is a result from aging in French oak barrels. Its colour is granite. The wine has a complex aroma of red fruits, tobacco, minerals, smoke, spices and dry fruits. The taste is harmonic, soft, elegant, concentrated with long final and aftertaste of pepper, nippy spices and ripe cherry.
