Winemaker's notes:
This wine displays lifted tropical fruits with notes of lantana and capsicum. There is a passionfruit entry on the palate coupled with citrus and wild cape gooseberry notes that linger,,, and are quite literally mouthwatering! This is a balanced wine, with a texture that will match well with food but is equally enjoyable on its own. Suggested Food: white meat dish oysters green salad.

Добро е виното, но скъпо. Има далеч по-евтини и не по-лоши.

Цветът на това вино е блед, лимонено-жълтеникав със зелени отенъци - много приятен, много свеж и подсказва какво да очакваме от виното като цяло. Внимавайте, като го доближавате до носа си, защото той може да гръмне! Ароматите на виното са много силни, експлозивни, със силни акценти на зелен лимон, маракуя (наистина!) и окосена трева.

На небцето виното показва висока и силна киселинност и леко тяло, които действат страхотно освежаващо. Маракуята и лаймът са присъщи и тук, но се допълват от леката горчивина на зелен чай на завършека. Простичко, но много добре балансирано, това вино е отлично и един от личните ми фаворити.
