Winemaker's notes:
Наситен тъмно червен цвят с виолетови оттенъци. Интензивно плодов нос със сладки акценти на боровинка, череша, черен трюфел и горчив шоколад с препечена ванилия. Добре балансирано сочно и плътно тяло, сложно и елегантно. Прекрасна структура, резонираща в продължителен финал.
Анжелус Естейт – винарското имение е един от новите диаманти на българското винопроизводство. Намира се в непосредствена близост до язовир Жребчево, област Нова Загора, а от там идва и името на тяхното вино Stalion – жребец ( от англ.). Избата притежава 1065дка нови лозя от червените сортове – Мерло, Каберне Совиньон, Каберне Фран, Сира и пети Вердо, както и белите – Шардоне, Совиньон блан, Траминер и Вионие.
